Honestly the answer to getting fitter is by looking into the past.

Too many people nowadays consume fizzy drinks, processed food, and sugary snacks that are really harmful to our bodies.

Yes you can in theory eat whatever you want so long as you continue to burn it through exercising but that’s not going to be great for your future health.

I think people just need to be aware of what their grandparents and great grandparents ate and compare it to what they’re eating now.
